Conference: How Will Taxes Change in a Second Obama Term?

 


WHAT: The Pepperdine Law Review and Tax Analysts are cosponsoring a symposium titled “Tax Advice for the Second Obama Administration” to discuss how the tax code may change during the next four years.

WHO: The symposium will feature four panel discussions with various prominent scholars and practitioners. Tax Analysts speakers include Christopher Bergin, the president and publisher; Martin A. Sullivan, chief economist and contributing editor; Joseph J. Thorndike, director of the Tax History Project and contributing editor; David Brunori, executive vice president of editorial operations; and Robert Goulder, editor in chief of international publications. The symposium will also feature a keynote address by Michael Graetz of Columbia Law School and a luncheon address by David Cay Johnston, an investigative journalist and author and winner of the 2001 Pulitzer Prize.
